These white and yellow flowers are a member of the daisy family and are one of the more common flowers in the natural environment.

The plant has a pungent fruit like aroma which is known to calm stressors and because of its soothing smell, it has been used for centuries. Even today, it is still one of the most popular oils to take before going to bed for a restful night’s sleep.

It is generally used by rubbing it on the skin of the patient.

The oil also has many skin benefits and can be used to treat skin burns. It is anti-inflammatory by nature and can also be successfully used to treat skin infections or allergies.

It also has some digestive benefits and is an excellent remedy for digestion related diseases such as constipation and diarrhea. Chamomile oils are known to help produce digestive juices which in turn make sure that the belly and the bowels function properly and don’t get inflated.
